क्रिसमस प्रभु यीशु के जन्म दिवस को याद कर के मनाया जाता है।  हम लोग जानते है की प्रभु यीशु परमेश्वर के पुत्र है। इसीलिए क्रिसमस डे मनाया जाता है ?
( Christmas is celebrated by remembering the birth anniversary of Lord Jesus. We know that the Lord Jesus is the Son of God. Therefore, Christmas Day is celebrated? )

प्रभु यीशु का जन्म कुंवारी मरियम के द्वारा हुआ था।
( The birth of Lord Jesus occurred through the virgin Mary.)

क्रिसमस यह नाम मास ऑफ़ क्राइस्ट इस के द्वारा आया है।  मास का मतलब होता है सहभागिता जहा पर सारे विश्वासी लोग चर्च में इकट्ठा होते है।
( The name Christmas comes from the Mass of Christ. “Mass” means participation, where all believers gather in church. )

सिर्फ यही मास (सभा) श्याम के समय होता है।
( This Mass only takes place during the evening.)

क्रिसमस सारी  दुनिया में २५ दिसंबर को मनाया जाता है।

सारे लोग क्रिसमस के मौके पर इक्कठा होते है और प्रभु के गीत गाकर संगती करते है।
( People gather on the occasion of Christmas and sing hymns, Praising the Lord together. )

बच्चो को क्रिसमस बेहद पसंद है क्यूंकि उन्हें उपहार मिलते है।
( Children love Christmas because they receive gifts.)

रोम में २५ दिसंबर ३३६ में इस की शुरवात हुई।

लेकिन प्रभु यीशु मसीह के जन्म दिवस के विषय में किसी को भी जानकारी नही है।
( But no one has any information about the exact date of the birth of Lord Jesus Christ.)

रोमन साम्राज्य का राजा कोंस्टनटिन ने इसे शुरवात किया था। 
( The Roman Emperor Constantine initiated it.)

क्रिसमस को Xmas क्यों कहा जाता है ?
( The term “Xmas” is derived from the Greek word “Χριστός” (Christos), where “Χ” represents the first letter of Christ. Therefore, “Xmas” is a shortened form of “Christmas.” )

कुछ लोगो का मानना  है की क्रिसमत को Xmas कहना गलत बात है।
( Some people believe that calling Christmas “Xmas” is incorrect. )

लेकिन यह पूरी तरह सही नही है।
( However, this is not entirely correct.)

यूनानी भाषा में पहला शब्द क्रिस्टो है जो की अंग्रेजी भाषा के X के समान दीखता है।
( In the Greek language, the first word is “Χριστός” (Christos), which looks like the English letter X. )

इसीलिए इसे Xmas  भी कहा जाता है।
( That’s why it is also called Xmas.)

क्रिसमस डे कैसे विश करते हैं ?

सबसे पहले तो क्रिसमस को हमे प्रार्थना करनी चाहिए। फिर चर्च जाना जरुरी है।
( Firstly, we should offer prayers on Christmas. Then, attending church is necessary. )

बाइबिल पढ़ना और संगती करना और एक दूसरे को शुभकामना देना है।
( Reading the Bible, fellowship, and exchanging good wishes with each other are also part of the celebration.)

क्रिसमस में आप एक दूसरे को मेरी क्रिसमस केह के विश कर सकते है।
( During Christmas, you can wish each other by saying “Merry Christmas.” )

और आप मेरी क्रिसमस और हैप्पी न्यू  ईयर भी केह सकते है।
( And you can also say “Merry Christmas and Happy New Year” to me.)

क्रिसमस बेल्स क्या है ?

बेल्स (घंटा ) चर्च से जुडी हुई है।

चर्च के मास की शुरवात बेल बजाकर हो जाती है।

क्रिसमस का सेलिब्रेशन ज्यादातर केक काटकर किया जाता है।
